Delete your account
Playvale Games LLC · Playvale (Android and iOS)
You can delete your Playvale account, and everything we keep about you, at any time. It's free and it takes effect straight away.
1. In the app
Open Playvale, then go to Profile → Online account → Delete account. Enter your password and confirm.
If you never made an account, your profile belongs to your device. To erase it, go to Profile → Online account → Delete this device's data. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on the phone itself.
2. On this page
If you no longer have the app, or can't open it, delete your account here with the email address you signed in with.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile: display name, avatar and Playvale ID
- Your sign-in details: email address and password
- Your match history, statistics you uploaded, and your credits
- Your notification and privacy settings, and your devices' push notification tokens
- Every device's link to the account: they're all signed out
4. What we keep, and for how long
- Online matches you played with other people stay in their match histories, with your seat shown as "Deleted player". Nothing in them identifies you.
- Backups that still contain your data are overwritten within 30 days.
- Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, and they keep their own records under their policies.
